We relocated from Los Angeles to West Linn. We knew nothing about the entire Portland surrounding area. We didn't know where we wanted to end up, just that it was somewhere in the Portland suburbs. Carrie and Allison helped us on a several month long process. We have worked with several realtors in the past and we were not fond of the "just get the deal done" mentality. Carrie and Allison provided us with the opposite. They were very understanding in the fact that we needed to look at a lot of places and needed to take our time and think about where we wanted to be. Their attention to detail and quick knowledgeable responses helped the process go smoothly. And if Carrie or Allison weren't available, Michelle and several others in their office were able to step in seamlessly. They are all smart and provide solid yes or no answers. We would say "they are ON it." Also, no sales pitches. No talking in circles. Simply facts and straight forward advice on the houses we looked at. Highly recommend.
