SPURLOCK & WILLIAMS REAL ESTATE
Friends and neighbors for nearly a decade, our business is built on a shared commitment to white-glove service, excellence in real estate, and creative, experience-driven marketing. We live these values every day, building client relationships on a foundation of trust, integrity, and clear communication.
We believe every home has a story—and we know how to tell it. From staging selections and tailored landscaping to the music we select for our listing marketing videos, every detail is intentional and designed to evoke an emotional connection. Our marketing approach ensures each property is not only visually stunning but also resonates on a personal level with potential buyers.
We offer concierge-level service from the start, coordinating trusted vendors to reduce stress and maximize results. Our eye for design and detail ensures each listing is beautifully presented and positioned for success.
For buyers, we provide more than just access—we offer opportunity. Our strong relationships with other brokers and deep ties in the community mean we often know about homes before they hit the market. There are more properties available than most buyers realize, and having a broker with knowledge of off-market homes is key in a competitive market.
With deep knowledge of the Oregon markets, we offer strategic insight and informed guidance throughout every transaction. Our legal backgrounds sharpen our negotiation and contract skills, helping clients navigate with confidence and clarity.
As long-time residents of Portland’s Dunthorpe/Riverdale neighborhood, with four children in public schools, we are deeply invested in our community. Carrie is the incoming Board Chair at OMSI and served a four-year term on the Riverdale School Board, including two years as Chair. Allison is actively involved in the Riverdale Foundation and is its past President. We’re more than real estate professionals—we’re community connectors who care deeply about the neighborhoods we serve.
"I moved to Portland over 20 years ago and have lived in every quadrant of the city. After graduating from Lewis and Clark Law School, I worked as a prosecutor in Multnomah County. Working as a trial attorney developed skills that I bring to each real estate transaction - professional and unwavering client representation coupled with meticulous attention to detail and a keen ability to negotiate on behalf of my clients.
I value honesty, integrity, open communication, and well-researched business decisions. Trust and confidentiality are paramount in the broker-client relationship, and I work to build and maintain my clients' trust before, during, and after each real estate transaction.
I am proud of the volunteer work I do in my small Portland neighborhood, where I currently serve as a Riverdale School Foundation Board member. I collaborate with an incredibly talented board to raise over $1,000,000 annually to support our local school district. My demonstrated commitment to our community’s families will be the same commitment that Carrie and I bring to each of our clients."

"Few things bring me more profound joy and fulfillment than supporting and encouraging my real estate clients. I am an extraordinarily communicative, client-focused broker; I work tirelessly and offer honest, candid advice. My legal training and professional experience make me a persuasive communicator, advocate, and negotiator.
My desire to positively impact other people and the world around me has guided my professional life. Before starting my career in real estate, I spent over a decade in Washington, D.C., attending law school at George Washington University and working at the White House and the U.S. Department of Justice in events and operations roles. After my two sons were born, I focused on family and community service.
I moved to Portland from Northern California eight years ago when my husband accepted a position with a tech company in Beaverton. We settled with our two young sons in South Portland and are grateful that life took this turn; the beauty of Oregon and the wonderful community we discovered quickly made Portland our forever home. I am proud to have served my neighbors as a Riverdale School Board member and currently support the broader Portland community as a Board Trustee at the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry (OMSI).
I bring a deep sense of compassion, dedication, and care to every client. I love my job and am so grateful for the opportunity to help clients as they buy and sell homes in my beloved Oregon."

"Family, friends, and community are our passion and the foundation for all of these things is your home."
